LOWER BODY REHAB PROGRAM

Re-building exercises for the lower back, hips, knees and legs

Niggling pain or tension in the lower back, hips, knees or legs, or clunky and weak joints are often associated with inactive or sleepy muscles or imbalances in strength and flexibility.

 

This 6 week online exercise program will review the major muscles in the lower back, core, hips and legs using muscle diagrams and gentle exercises to feel each muscle in the body. From here it is possible to recognise where the imbalances, weaknesses or tensions are in these regions in your body. We will then run through a variety of stretching and strengthening exercises for each muscle so that through body connection and movement you can feel and identify which exercises best support your body to re-build and re-align.

NOTE: This program is suitable for anyone experiencing minor pain or injuries in these body regions, as all movements and exercises are very delicate and complete at an exercise level chosen by you, according to how your body responds in the exercise.  If you have any questions or concerns please email Danielle at danielle@harmonyinmovement.com.
