This program supports a deeper connection with your body during exercise, to be focused, empowered and confident in your routine.
 

Explore a different region of your body each week. 1. Abdominal, 2. Lower back, 3. Hips, 4. Legs & feet, 5. Chest, arms & hands, 6. Upper back & neck. Connect to specific muscles in each region, and identify any that are sluggish, tense or weak. Explore exercises that reactivate sluggish muscles, release tense muscles and rebuild weak muscles.  Connect to the quality in your movements, and how this effects how your body feels.

Know Your Body in the Gym

These sessions are designed to support a deeper connection with your body during gym exercises, to be focused, confident and empowered in the gym, knowing your body is the expert on exactly what it needs.

Various exercises using gym equipment will be completed, focusing on feeling which muscles are working and identify any muscles that are sluggish, tense or weak. Explore how to turn on correct muscles and turn off any unnecessary muscles. Discover how to modify each exercise to target different parts of a muscle. Connect to the quality of your movements and how this effects how your body feels.

Day:           Saturdays

Time:        2pm - 3pm

Explore how to turn on correct muscles and turn off any unnecessary muscles. Discover how to modify each exercise to target different parts of a muscle. Connect to the quality of your movements in water and how this effects how your body feels.
